In large bowl, whisk eggs. Whisk and stir in pumpkin until well combined. Whisk in sugar, salt, spices and vanilla. Slowly whisk in evaporated milk, stirring with whisk.

Pour into unbaked pie shell that has been nicely placed into a 9″ (deep dish) pie dish.
Step 4
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and and bake for 40-50 minutes longer. Pie is done when poofed up and very center jiggles just a little like jello.
Step 5
Cool completely and chill before serving. Serve slices topped with whipped cream of choice.
